These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Contractor Coaching, a brand of HG & Associates Inc. (“Contractor Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

When you book a free business evaluation call through our online scheduler and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Contractor Coaching related to your appointment. These messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and information related to your inquiry or services.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You provide consent by entering your mobile phone number and actively checking the SMS consent box on our scheduling form. The consent box is not pre-checked.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive up to three messages per booked appointment.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contractor Coaching is not responsible for any message or data charges from your carrier.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
