Henry Goudreau brings decades of hands-on construction business experience to his contractor coaching and mentoring work.

He founded H.G & Associates Inc. in 1991 and built the company into a respected contracting business before selling it.

His firm reached ENR Top 400 status, giving him real-world experience in scaling, managing, and leading a successful construction company.

Since 1991, Henry has personally coached more than 400 contractors, helping business owners improve their systems, profits, leadership, and long-term growth.

The Golden Hard Hat Program is a 1:1 mentoring program designed for established contractors doing $3M-$10M in annual revenue.

Through Contractor Coaching, Henry helps construction business owners move from daily chaos to stronger structure, better control, and a more owner-independent business.

I understood the day-to-day challenges, from managing projects and budgets to dealing with clients and crews. It was a labor of love, but it also came with its fair share of obstacles.
